Traditional
For those looking for a typical pay-as-you-go option with an initial retainer

Subscription
For those with less complicated finances and assets
✓ Review of asset division and custody arrangement
✓ Mediation to assist parties in coming to an agreement
✓ Negotiation on behalf of client
✓ Support behind the scenes for clients choosing self-representation
✓ Two-year follow-up 2x per year in the form of 30-minute phone calls
✓ Monthly fee with set amount of calls, meetings, and activities
Concierge
For those short on time who need a professional who can do more of the work
✓ Review of asset division and custody arrangement
✓ Mediation to assist parties in coming to an agreement
✓ Negotiation on behalf of client
✓ Two-year follow-up in the form of 30-minute phone calls
✓ Personalized retainer determined by free consultation
✓ More services included at a higher premium which include:
- Immediate access to senior counsel and expertise vital to high-net-worth individuals
- Comprehensive professional services for those short on time
- Fast professional services for those short on time
- ”On call” access to legal consultation and FLS preferred providers for child-care, financial services, estate planning, or other needs
- We secure your documents from your banks, accountants and other relevant parties
- We retain a bookkeeper to review your documents and prepare your Financial Disclosure Statement
- We are available before and after normal work hours for calls or meetings that work with your schedule
- We will find any and all other resource providers that fit your needs including therapists, accountants, financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, and even moving companies
*Litigation is outside of all Concierge Law Services and is billed separately.

Three Service Options
1. Concierge:
Our most premiere level retainer service. More services included at a higher premium with immediate access to senior counsel and expertise vital to high-net-worth individuals. A perfect option for those who are short on time and need professional solutions fast. Contracted on an annual basis with either a single, quarterly, or monthly commission payment*, fees are determined through a free consultation to customize your plan. This priority "on-call" access provides legal consultation as well as essential non-legal referrals from the FLS preferred providers list including child-care, financial services, estate planning or other needs that arise. *Litigation is outside of all Concierge Law Services and is billed separately.
2. Subscription:
A straight-forward option for those with less complicated finances and assets. A monthly fee covering a specified number of calls, meetings, and activities each month to keep costs down and procedures on track. As with the Concierge level, your personalized monthly retainer* will be determined during a free consultation. *Litigation is outside of all Subscription Law Services and is billed separately.
3. Traditional:
The typical pay-as-you-go option starting with an initial retainer. Services to be billed per each lawyer's hourly rate. When two or more attorneys are working together on your case, then a blended rate will apply.
Determining the Best Solutions for You and Your Family
Next, the FLS team will determine the best solution for a timely and cost-efficient resolution. This may mean employing one or more options including:
- Reviewing asset division and custody arrangement as agreed upon by the parties themselves.
- Mediation or arbitration to help you reach the best solution for you and your family.
- Negotiation directly with your spouse and counsel when it may be the best solution.
- Provide support to clients choosing self-representation.
- Litigation is the last solution, but is necessary in some cases.
Two Year Follow-Up
The impact of divorce changes the course of lives in the months and years afterward. Family Law Solutions, P.C. is invested in the well-being of our clients and includes a Two Year Follow-Up plan in every service option. Each follow-up is a complimentary 30-minute phone call to check on how you are doing. Over the course of two years following the divorce, Concierge Service clients receive regular check-ins; Subscription 2 calls per year, and Traditional twice each year.
